For most of his career, Mr. Kinsock has worked out of large law firms headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri, for clients located not only in the Midwest but throughout the United States, including on the Eastern seaboard from New England to Florida. He oversaw a wide range of business matters for clients, large and small.
Currently, in his own firm, he continues to work for many of the same clients, on many of the same corporate transactions and issues that have always been his specialty. He also continues to provide advice and assistance on significant business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, but he also continues to focus on internal corporate matters, such as executive compensation arrangements and contracts as well as regulatory enforcement and compliance issues.
As a sole practitioner, he also now maintains an active practice representing current and former corporate executives, individually, in connection with their employment arrangements with their companies, as well as representing corporate boards and committees and issues where special counsel may be appropriate.
Mr. Kinsock has played an active role in the American Bar Association for over four decades, as a member of its Business Law Section. He also served for several years as an adjunct professor of law at the Washington University Law School in Saint Louis.
